In preparing this list we have tried to limit our choice for a production car, even if production is limited. As an antique, or modification of the one is saved from our list. There are also some cars like the McLaren F1 and Ferrari Enzo that will surely make the list if they are in the current production of 2010. They are not currently in production, and thus has not made the list. In addition, two variants of the same basic design is not part of the list are more expensive versions listed as the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport for all versions of the Veyron available.

1. Koenigsegg CCXR Edition ($ 2,170,000)
